How do I know which YA-MAN device is right for my skin type?
Each product page features a 'Skin Compatibility' guide. Generally, our RF (Radio Frequency) devices are ideal for anti-aging, while our EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) products focus on lifting and toning. We recommend consulting the specific product manual for skin sensitivity guidelines.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, usually ranging from 5-10 business days for international destinations. Tracking information is provided via email once the order ships.
Do your beauty devices come with a warranty?
Yes, all YA-MAN devices come with a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Please retain your proof of purchase to facilitate any potential warranty claims.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on devices that have been used. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Can I use YA-MAN devices with my own skincare products?
Most of our devices can be used with your favorite water-based serums or gels. However, we recommend avoiding oil-based products or scrubs during treatment as they can interfere with the conductivity of RF and EMS technologies.
